I Need More Mailboxes!!

Use this form to request additional mailboxes. You account has one setup now, you use this form to request request 1 mailbox or 9 mailboxes whatever you like, be sure to keep up with the amount you have. You will only be responsible for an additional cost after you have 10 mailboxes. You can check your .domains file to see the current count.

Note: Your UserName & Your UserID are two different entries.

READ THIS: If you are the person getting mail at info, sales ,webmaster, or anyaddress@yourdomainname.com. You DONOT need a separate mailbox for each one. It would be MUCH EASIER for you to forward the mail to your ONE mailbox & only have to check mail in one box. Just edit your .domains file in the root directory as follows:

You want info, sales, & webmaster to go to your address at joe@ibm.net. Add the following lines to the TOP of your .domains file:

READ THIS: Your UserName2 will be the public email address, i.e. UserName2@YourDomainName.com

Your UserID2 will help access your mail account via your mail client, Example:

Host Name: YourDomainName.com
UserID: Your userid UserID2
Password: Your password for UserID2
 
  1. Your PRESENT UserID and Password is your mailbox 1:
    if you don't use the correct information then your mailboxes will not be setup :-(

  2. Please provide your account information for mailbox 2:
    UserName2 @YourDomainName.com
    Password (at least 6 characters)
      Your USERID for Mailbox2 will be YourPresentUserID2
  3. Please provide your account information for mailbox 3:
    UserName3 @YourDomainName.com
    Password (at least 6 characters)
      Your USERID for Mailbox3 will be YourPresentUserID3
  4. Please provide your account information for mailbox 4:
    UserName4 @YourDomainName.com
    Password (at least 6 characters)
      Your USERID for Mailbox4 will be YourPresentUserID4
  5. Please provide your account information for mailbox 5:
    UserName5 @YourDomainName.com
    Password (at least 6 characters)
      Your USERID for Mailbox5 will be YourPresentUserID5
  6. Please provide your account information for mailbox 6:
    UserName6 @YourDomainName.com
    Password (at least 6 characters)
      Your USERID for Mailbox6 will be YourPresentUserID6
  7. Please provide your account information for mailbox 7:

    Password (at least 6 characters)
