Commercial Drivers Licensing Institute, Inc. was founded in 1994 as a truck driving school located in northern New Jersey. Our facility offers a unique training package developed through research on safety and the behavioral patterns of modern truck drivers. Our mission is to create the best training available for todays job market.


The transportation industry is currently in need of truck drivers to move Americas goods. The demand for professionally trained individuals is unlimited. The average starting salary of truck drivers ranges from $30,000 to $40,000 per year with opportunities to receive vast benefit packages.


We offer the first steps to a successful career in the field of commercial vehicles. Our training grounds are situated on a large level lot that provide our students with the space required to develop the skills needed to operate a commercial motor vehicle. Most of the training is performed behind the wheel for that "Hands On" experience. Classroom time is included for the study of the federal regulations manual; log training and safety films. We take pride that our training facility provides a comfortable atmosphere for each individual.


Commercial Drivers Licensing Institute, Inc. and our instructors are fully licensed by the State of New Jersey with membership to the National Safety Council and the New Jersey Driving School Association.
